The research aims at approaches for managing inventory in Giad Steel Industries and learn about the scientific methods used to manage resources in the best ways to raise production efficiency and the discovery of the relationship between the success and failure of production with inventory policies.

Horses suffer Steel Industries problem of not fulfilling its obligations to customers, because the inventory represents one of the major factors that affect the production process and II disorder which leads to the inability to achieve production management plans affecting customer satisfaction, and here comes the problem of the research:

1- Is there a statistically significant relationship between the stock provide productivity and efficiency?

2- Is there a statistically significant relationship between maintaining the stock at the minimum and maximum amount and exposing it to damage ?

3- Is there a statistically significant relationship between the work environment and the effectiveness of the management of inventory?

HYPOTHESES :

1-there is statistically significant relationship between inventory availability and production efficiencies.

2 there is statistically significant differences between maintaining the stock at the minimum and maximum amount and the damaged relationship. ز 3- there is statistically significant relationship between the work environment and the effectiveness of the inventory management.

The researcher found that the hypotheses are right ,and the following results:

1-existence of effective systems for inventory management of the company's stock in order to provide a cadre human trainer qualification able to carry out its requirements career.

2. The company is able to inventory planning, which leads to the achievement of production goals.

3-policies and objectives of inventory not clear this is leads to lack of necessary inventory of production provide upon request.

4-for Ataatbny company flexible policies in production planning leading to the stock exchange and manufactured the first Powell.

Recommendations :

1. The need to develop policies and objectives of the company's main repository for his role in the success of the production policies, which leads to customer satisfaction.
