| dc.description.abstract | Abstract This study aimed at identifying the role played by the strategy of joint venture in boosting the efficiency of aviation companies. The study problems had emerged due to the imperfect concepts and incorrect application appointed by these companies to the ideal meaning of joint venture. Duly, joint venture was unambitiously interpreted and its objectives were incompletely assigned. The hypotheses of the study were rendered due to the keenness of the Sudan Aviation Company policies. It had possessed all the human resources to rise up its marketing values in order to attract the regional and international aviation companies to conduct all the strategic contracts with it. To achieve the study, the historical, the descriptive analytical and case study methods were adopted. The study had accessed number of results, of which were: the company hadn’t implement the known criteria for joint venture to achieve success. It had possessed all the human resources to rise up its marketing values in order to attract the regional and international aviation companies to conduct strategic contracts with it. The objectives raised by the company were not clear enough quantitatively and qualitatively besides the littleness of public advertisement. The study had concluded to number of recommendations. The most important ones were: to guarantee the strategic joint venture success for the Sudan Aviation Company, its objectives, policies and programmes should be clearly assigned. The Company should necessarily and carefully choose well-mannered and experienced partners in the field of aviation. The Company should advertise its joint venture policy to the workers, customers and to those who were interested in this field to guarantee their participation and commitment for the achievement, following up, observation and evaluation of the process. It should aim at correcting the deviation before and through the signing of conditions arrived at due to protocol agreement. | en_US |
