Abstract

ABESTRACT The problem of the research is that, the After-Seals Services (ASS) in most of present organization became under the ambitions, and it's for the costumers trustless is facing these companies, which make a negative influence in them competitiveness. The research amid to know far going is the (ASS) culture impact's empowering the competitiveness of the companies, and how it effect the companies state for making (ASS) strategies to gain it's costumers trust, and showing the roll that may accomplished by using the technology in (ASS) in empowering the competitiveness for the companies. The hypotheses based onestablishing the culture of developing the (ASS) helps to make a competitivenessFor the companies, by making a(ASS) strategic vision cause a result of gain the costumers trust, using the technology in (ASS) strengthen the competitiveness between the companies. The researcher used the historical method and descriptive analytical method ad case study. The researcher found a number of results, main of it: (ASS) based on improving the company workability. And using the service helps in management decision making, (ASS) effect the competitiveness of the companies. The research came out with many Recommendations main of it: The quest for the existence of developed programs that's helps in improving the workability to better in the company, interests competitors information in the all different fields and business of the company for using it to increases the competition rate in the company, and also training to use data base for improving and build the workers ability.
