dc.description.abstractAbstract The key question, con corning the problem is to what extent the physical and mental stimulation can affect ? To answer this question and the study developed the following hypotheses: The first hypothesis: the study pointed out that the material and moral stimulation affects in a positive impact on the level of performance and leads to achieving the goals established profitability and satisfy the needs and desires of workers. Second hypothesis: She noted that the stimulus has a direct impact on job satisfaction positively. The third assumption: that pointed to the stimulus is working to create competition between workers, which contributes to the increased production. Fourth hypothesis: work incentives but t he spirit of cooperation between workers and managers. Performance used to collect data and information from the research community is the questionnaire. The study found the following results: 1 / material and moral incentives that help to raise the level of performance and job satisfaction. 2 / the majority of workers believe that there are human relations and social good in action and this in turn reflected in the performance. The most important recommendations that emerged from the study: 1 / reconsider the salaries of employees, and attention to policy stimulus material and moral to link the Group think tank and improve its performance. 2 / must be a clear program and just upgrades to increase their loyalty and affiliation of the personnel for their units.en_US
