Abstract: Abstract Served Multi privatization attention of researchers and those interested in economic affairs , raising a lot of controversy and debate in those areas. It is practically can not be discuss the issue of privatization accurately without raising the administrative systems and curricula. It is known that privatization does not represent a stand-alone economic theory and it is a tool or economic means are used by those on the economic policies for the administrative reforms of public organizations . I have been using deductive approach to determine the research problem and identify assumptions , and also inductive approach ; to test hypotheses , and descriptive approach ; through the manner of the case study and the field study, and follow-up history of the evolution of the postal service sector in Sudan through the historical method . The research found the following results: 1. Privatization program has helped the company Sudanese postal services in the development of specific goals can be achieved 2. That the company 's restructuring Sudanese Shipping Services Limited in the context of the privatization process led to the strengthening of the organizational structure of the company 3. That the company's privatization program Sudanese postal services reflected positively on the conditions of workers Based on the results the researcher to several recommendations, including 1. Attention to the organizational aspects and follow the entrance to a more comprehensive restructuring of administrative units. 2. Termination of all contracts with employees and re- employed under the terms of a new service. 3. Follow a more effective communication system in the announcement of the privatization program for those who will be applied to them and convince them of the reasons for the application of the program . 4. Completion of the legal framework similar between the laws and legislation in the public sector and the private sector .
