dc.description.abstractAbstract This research (the effect of the distribution of powers in the Constitution, on the political stability of the State of Chad in the period from 2008 to 2013) , the importance of the constitution in the countries of the African continent, especially Chad, and its role in economic development and political stability in those types of communities. The problem of this research represented in a number of questions, including: What is the effect of the distribution of powers in the Constitution, on the political stability of the State of Chad, in addition to some of the sub-questions. The research also adopted on main hypothesis: there is a trace for the Constitution on the operation of distribution of powers in Chad, shows that through political stability in the country. The search used several scientific approaches represented in the following: historical and descriptive approach and case study, and some tools for data collection like Personal interviews. The researcher obtained a number of important results: that the Chadian Constitution in terms of the amendment and put ordinary legislation amended by referendum, as it is entitled to the president also amended. And legislative power in Chad limited mission in the development of legislation and do not have any other novel roles, but it is considered a formality where the authority of Parliament in Chad does not play any role except the implementation of the ruling party's policy, a policy laid down by the State of France, according to their interests. The researcher found a number of recommendations, including: recommend activating constitutions declared in countries such as Chad, where it became clear that the Constitution is a constitution formally and that the authorities are all lies in the hands of the president, as well as the need to promote political awareness of the general public have not happen, but a high level of education, and also the need to undertake the intellectual elite national roles overcome the fact that the interest of the country without personal interests.en_US
