dc.description.abstractAbstract The title of this study is the role of stimulus in increasing productivity in the construction and contracting companies, the study divided into five chapters. The study problem consisting in a gap between the level of theoretical science in our hands and the level of practical application in the construction and contracting companies, accounted on all particles and the types of physical stimulation, moral, individual, social, advantages and disadvantages, this gap be the cause of the low level of worker productivity for its natural level. The importance of the research in achieving job satisfaction is important for all departments in the construction and contractors companies to motivate employees and find out the best ways to avoid the mistakes that lead to low productivity, also identify the most appropriate incentives that meet the needs of employees to motivate them to work to improve the level of satisfaction with which affects their performance, and provide scientific recommendations that assist management in order to use it in increase productivity of the workers. The research aims to study and analyze the impact of the stimulus to increase productivity in the construction companies and provide the means to achieve this, and the consolidation of integration policy in the company for all its employees, and tight management attention in the construction company to need their employees to motivate highly proportion to their large, compared to workers in other areas. To prove the above aims the study tested following hypothesis: There is no relationship between stimulating factor materially and improved production. There is no relationship between stimulating factor significantly and improve production. When the factor felt jointing working this can improve his production. Has been proven the research hypotheses and ended with important results: Workers in construction companies see that physical stimulation helps them to improve their productivity. Workers in construction companies see that mental stimulation helps them to improve their production. The study recommendations: The management must keep stimulus material present in the long-term plans with each project, and to announce to all employees, and be based on performance, according to a fair system of evaluation and performance measurement. to take care of training and create opportunities for the development and promotion, which one of the most important long-term incentives as individual associated with a glance to his future and his ambition.en_US
