dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The main objective of this research is to identify the effect of management by values(MBV) in theory and practice in the Sudanese business organizations .The research problem is represented in that : There is no management by values in the said organization and if it exists ,it rarely applied. To solve the above problem, the following hypotheses are made: Implementing management by values (MBV) through the organizational culture leads to greater success of business organizations. Activation of management by values (MBV) at business organizations leads to reducing leaders influence. The practical implementation of management by values (MBV) by individuals increases employee job satisfaction and loyality . As an application of this research Capo for milk products company is chosen for the period 2004-2009. In analysis of the questionnaire data, the researcher has used the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS),The results validated all hypotheses. The most important results of the research are: The company Implements transparency in information, procedures, laws and legislation, and that facilitates decision making and as result profitability Is increased. Dependency on cleared and acceptable organizational values becomes a trend for employees that reduces unnecessary interference and directing by leaders within the company. The company's leaders present a good example for employees regarding fulfilling obligations and attaching importance to time. that ensure practical implementation of values by the leaders and they present a good example for employees to follow. In the company there is no ethical code that all employees are held obliged to follow , but also many of the employees don't know much about an ethical code. The company is implementing management by values partially through focusing on the personal and organizational values , as well as on organizational culture. The most important recommendations of the research are: The organization must issue an ethical code that govern conducts and ethics of all Sudanese business organizations. The media have to be activated to focus on the values for all the members of Sudanese society. Courses related to ethics and values must be part of the approved subjects to university students in particular, and to other levels of the educational system in general. relevant roles of religious scholars and social science specialists, and others need also be activated to reach creative solutions through workshops and conferences discussing ethical and Islamic values to be applied by all Sudanese people. defeat poverty because it's one of genuine causes leading to social and economical problems . The research contained five chapters : First chapter : the bases of the research and the previous studies Second chapter : The concept and development of the management, managerial schools. Third chapter : Values and management by values. Fourth chapter : Managerial leadership. Fifth chapter : survey study , analysis and concoluation which contained findings and recommendations.en_US
