dc.description.abstractAbstract This research covers the impacts of workers performance in decision-making on a case-study of " Tawfeeg Manufactory For soap " . The importance of this research is to examine closely the impacts of workers appraisal standard on managerial decision thought some ordinances such as : Workers performance appraisals standards have an important role in decision-making and evaluation standers which unite administrative bases through which may be dependable on the promotion, wages-increasment or repayments and avoiding patronage. In-addition to fair evaluation while increases the production and promote administrative performance . This research contain four chapters, each chapter contains many field of research, * Chapter one : is considered as a basic introduction for the research including the main objectives and the importance of this research . * Chapter two : it covers human resources management through three fields of study as human resources management. *Chapter three : studies workers performance appraisals through four fields of research , The concept of workers performance appraisals and the standards, and the modern workers performance standards. The fourth case of study examine the challenges that face, worker performance appraisals on administrative decision-making. * Chapter four: covers a case study of Tawfeeg manufactory for soap during the years 2002-2007 though two fields of research firstly the beginning, stages, analysis, results and recommendations. The researcher has reached some important result : -1- Modern and tradition appraisals standards play an important role on administrative decision-making and the best appraisals are : Objective standards and " objective standards list " standards and these are the most used for it's easiness. -2- Performance evaluation has some difficulties and mistakes as it lacks the rational and accuracy in conducting instructions in its measurement, as it affects the evaluator's behavior. -3- The researcher recommended that there are some difficulties and mistakes which face the authorities and it should be avoided. -4- Many standards should be used, only one therefore the standards should cover different fields for the individuals. -5- The human resources section in any organization is responsible about the evaluation and programs concerning the appraisals . -6- Tawfik Factory for soap should use the objectives in the area of production to help increase production and stand on the performance of employees quicklyen_US
