Abstract

The absolute and restrict issues are common between the science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence and the sciences of the Quran, which is not an old appearance term like other terms of the Quran science but emerged after the stability of terms. And the importance of the research begins from the importance of its subject and how it attached to the holy Quran and then as it relates to one of the most important topics, which attached to the interpretation and its role in enriching the cognitive side of Quran and being one of the topics that have not frequently taught by the researchers in spite of its importance. The research aims to identify the absolute and restrict in the terminology of scholars of jurisprudence and Quran science and to identify the beginning of absolute and restrict appearance as a terminology in the field of Quran science and Knowledge of the significance of absolute and restrict in the Quranic exponent Through knowledge of the places of absolute and restriction in the Surat al-Baqarah and its implications through the sayings of the exponents, The research based on the extrapolative approach to track the verses and the views of the interpreters and the methodological approach to benefit the consideration of study topic, The number of verses in question, according to Allah, is (forty) verses in the absolute and restriction in Surat al-Baqarah, Eighteen of them in the Absolute, and twenty-two verses in the restriction, the most studied verses in the absolute were in the news side, While the most restrictive verses on the side of the provisions of legitimacy, The research found that absolute and restriction have a verbal connotation in the extraction of meanings from the Quran verses and indicate the judgment and helps the interpretation. Also reached to the importance of Arabic language knowledge, jurisprudence and sciences of hadith to study interpretation, they are important keys to manage, understand and deal the Book of Allah. Because Arabic language is the key to understanding the holy Quran understanding the Book of Allah, The research recommended that the topic of absolute and restriction should be of interest to students of science expanding in the parts studied by the research and applied to other parts of the Holy Quran.
