The researcher discusses in the first chapter the theoretical fundamentals of the study and in the second chapter the previous relevant studies. The third chapter is dedicated for the theoretical discussion. Fourth and fifth chapters deal with the procedures of field study and analysis of Questionnaires respectively. Sixth chapter comprises the important results of the study with recommendations and suggestions. The study concludes with a list of resources and appendixes. The researcher depends in this study on descriptive analytical approach. The community of the research is the Satul Islamic Institute in Thailand, which is a sample for Arabic Language teaching institutes in Thailand. The researcher has used the questionnaires directed to the teachers and students of Arabic language at the institute to obtain their opinions regarding the theme of the research. The most important results of the research are as follows:  Knowing about the objectives of Arabic language teaching for its non-native speakers is an essential factor to develop the plan and prepare the lesson before teaching it.  Combination Method is one of the most appropriate methods to teach Arabic language.  Teaching aids are of a great importance in teaching of Arabic language to its non-native speakers.  Language tests are one of the criteria to see to which extent a teacher is successful in his teaching career, and to which extent the learner is successful in his Arabic language learning.  Most of the Arabic language teachers at the institute are not trained to teach Arabic language to its non-native speakers. In the light of the previous findings, the researcher recommends the following: • To reconsider the curriculum and courses of the Arabic language institutes in Thailand so that to suit the language level of students, to take the individual differences between them into account, and to suit the local community in Thailand. • To conduct training courses for those who work in the field of Arabic language teaching to non-Arabic speakers. • To create an environment of Arabic language in the premises of the Institute. That is in order to give the teachers and learners an opportunity to practice Arabic language in their real life.
