| dc.description.abstract | The research deals with the role of the management by goals on boosting the creative potentials. The problem of the research presents in the obsession of modern organization for creativity and innovations. To achieve these goals the organization management invests much efforts, funds, and time. Also they are trying to seek for the effected tools on this subject, for instance, to use the new technology as a strategic option. The organizations in past were interested on the subject of knowledge management, origins of management, intellectual organization and organized creativity, and it is evident that all these subject were formed the modern managerial arts resulting from the importance of the variability of goals and creativity. From the hypotheses of the research there is a positive relation between management by goals and the developing of the ability to creativity. There is a positive effect also between the staff and mangers in forming the goals of the Sudan academic for aviation science and technology. There is a positive reversed feedback of using the method of management by goals on developing the creativity. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method by using a questionnaire to collect data , the researcher also concluded to many results, for instance, the research shows that the participation on setting the goals is considered as one the of effective managements method on long terms. The continuity on using the management by goals as an important method on evaluation through boosting the practice, confidence and commitment, feedback between the staff and mangers. The management by goals is a system to determine and measures the results achieved. The most important recommendations are the continuity on using the management by goals as one of the important goals on evaluation the performance of the staff on Sudan academic of aviation science and technology through boosting the participation, confidence, commitment and feedback between the staff and managers. Also the Sudan academic for aviation science and technology must boost the strategy of managerial creativity for improving the jobs performance. | en_US |
