Abstract

The researcher spent two years among the returnees and dealing with them closely to know their life, and while his periods he know the different obstacles and challenges that facing the returnees with their hope to return to whom as voluntary to participate in development to get their destinations and to save families after comprehensive peace agreement between National Congress and SPLM in Kenya (Nivasha) and the promise from to both sides to support the returnees to back whom, which applied in 2006 and considered as importance processing to the returnees. The study reviews the definition to returnees leaving or emigration, the causes and the effect, in addition to the definition of voluntary returning to whom. The study resulted the necessary focusing of all sides that grasp the returnees problems and know the returnees thoughts about the voluntary back whom and the areas they reach it, and thoughts about areas population in two official and popular direction, also the problems that facing the returnees. The research found that there is acceptation from natives according to the returnees back whom after absence of 21 years. In this study the researcher used the references and sources referred to this subject addition to the questionnaire, interviews and significant, then the conclusion which contain many general points been discussed in the results and recommendation.
