dc.description.abstractThe title of this study (the role of public relations in the promotion of the performance of telecom companies in Sudan by applying to Sudatel Telecom Company in the period of 2015-2017) The problem of this study reflects researcher’s attempt to identify the role of public relations in the Sudatel telecom company by identifying the actual activities of the public relations in the company, as the study aims to identify the role played by the public relations of a Sudatel company and the disclosure of the activity of public relations at Sudatel Telecom Company in addition to the evaluation of the employees of the company for the role played by public relations in this field, descriptive, analytical method used in the study, in addition to the historical method, this study relied on the questionnaire and the interview in the collection of information and data related to the study as well as the observation. This study consists of four chapters which include the first chapter on the methodological framework of the study which includes the steps of the scientific research methods that have been followed in this study, and the second chapter titled: Concepts and contents of public relations in the corporations and consists of three sections, the third chapter titled modern means of communication and its role in achieving the objectives of the facilities and contains three sections, Finally, the fourth chapter, which contains the field study of the study and it is divided into three sections. finally the conclusion, which includes the presentation of findings, recommendations, sources, references and supplements. One of the most important results of this study: the study confirmed that the role of public relations is to identify the interrelationship between the company and its internal and external audiences،The study also confirmed that public relations with the company are working to achieve job satisfaction. The study revealed that the public relations of the company was achieved most of the successes that had been achieved. The study shows that public relations use several means in the performance of their tasks, such as radio, television, newspapers and the Internet. One of the most important recommendations of this study is: the need to increase the number of employees in the public relations department of Sudatel Telecom company so that it can play the role assigned to it، The need to provide a means of reducing congestion and waiting times experienced by customers as well as increasing the company's service delivery outlets.en_US
