| dc.description.abstract | The study aims at exposing the impact of running administration through visits that reflect their effect at the work-system. The core of the problem of the research is shown in the fact that most of the short-comings in the organizations are due to the fact that no visits are paid to the unit of those organizations, thus the problems there are unknown to the administrations. To solve this problems the researcher is of the opinion that there is a closed relationship between visits paid to the workers by the administrators and the high commitment of the workers towards their work in the organization, this besides showing good humanity towards workers during the visits. It is also important to set up effective plans for administration by visits. To fulfill this supposition, the researcher adopted the historical and a descriptive-analytic method using a case study system whereby a questionnaire is used for collecting data. The research ended up with a number of results, most of which are, the participation of the workers in the administration will develop a spirit of a group-work in all the panties, thus making visits fruitful. And the humanitarian behavior of the administrators towards their workers when paying visits during the work please the workers and makes them self-guard in the work. Indeed this is obvious, being a religious factor, also the Setting specific plans for fulfilling the goals of administration by means of visits that create confidence between all partners of the work. The research also suggested a number of recommendations, most important are; the implementation of the concept of administration by visits within the foundations and the organizations wherever they are for the benefits for all. The administrators should be encouraged to adopt the concept of visits within the units of their work, by conducting training courses for the administrators that affect the values of visits. This can be done by specialists. Also it is recommended that researches about the value of visits and humanitarian behavior in administration should be conducted. The study is divided into four chapters, and a conclusion which includes the findings and recommendations. | en_US |
