dc.description.abstractThe problem of the study was that what is the role of human resources management in the development of communicative performance. The importance of the study is that it deals with an important subject in the bank and sheds light on the increasing role of human resources management in helping organizations achieve their objectives in light of the fierce competition. Human resources in the development of communication performance, as well as recognition of the role of performance assessment in the development of communication performance, as well as the recognition of the contribution of manpower planning in the development of communication performance. The study examined several hypotheses. The study followed the analytical descriptive method. The research consists of introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The results of the study were achieved. Among the results of the study, the most important of which are the implementation of training programs according to the need of work. Communication performance, there is a relationship between training and communication performance. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of applying the job description to the employees, which facilitates the assessment of communication performance, working on a fair basis to evaluate the communicative performance of the employees in achieving the objectives of the organization, the need to establish fair standards in the training process leading to the development of communication performanceen_US
