| dc.description.abstract | This study tackles the role of employee's participation in administrating institutions and its effect in their performance (a case study in Khartoum International School). It reflects to the importance employees administrating participation in developing of institutions and their suggestions to standardized institutions. One of the most important aim is using of employee's participation as a mean to achieve the goals of the institution. This study achieves that , the administrating participations of employees will help to avoid unexpected problems. On the other hand, one sided opinions of administrators and taking systems as a given rules that may discourage and disappointed the employees initiations. As well as, the administrative participation will increase the understanding among employees and employers. This present study recommended that, stimulating and encouraging of administrating participation of employees by fulfilling their desires, needs and training requirements which may help institutions to avoid weakness of employees performance. | en_US |
