Abstract

I addressed in this study, which was entitled: (terrorism between Islam and the West - the concepts and practices, Sudan model), the phenomenon of terrorism; global phenomenon now poses the greatest danger to the future of nations and peoples, and the promise of instability and destabilize the local national and global security in all its forms and manifestations, starting from State terrorism and of state and government systems, through terrorizing groups of rebel movements and extremism beyond the Muslim community, then the intellectual terrorism of the confiscation of the other opinion and mislead and Tesfiha, then down to terrorism modern (cyber terrorism) of inventions sites and networks and vital systems networked institutions bio-security. The study was divided into four chapters. Each chapter contains several topics: The first chapter grabbed a methodological framework for the study. The second chapter dealt with a most important chapter in this case the subject of the study because of the nature of the great difficulty in identifying and labeling and what they are, in the first section talked about the concept of Islam and Muslims to understand about terrorism. Then the second section of the concept of terrorism in Western countries and institutions. Then the third section, in which reported concepts and terms like that are relevant to the issue of terrorism. The third chapter Fajssth to talk about the operation and behavior of actual practices in confronting the phenomenon; grabbed the first topic images, shapes and styles which consists terrorism. Then dealt with in the second part, the position of Islam and the practical situation of Islamic countries on the issue of terrorism. And dealt with in the third section the position of Western countries, its institutions towards this phenomenon. The fourth chapter grabbed the Republic of Sudan as a case study of the phenomenon as one of the countries that have been developed under penalty and a list of sponsors and the exporting of terrorism for political motives and the Sudan and the Islamic states of the charge attitude. I grabbed the first section of the actual position of Sudan's issues in the regional and international surrounding.
