| dc.description.abstract | The Research of dealt with the role of evaluating the performance of the employees in enhancing competitiveness. The problem of the study was to answer the following question: What is the role of evaluating the performance of the employees in enhancing competitiveness? This study is based on the analytical descriptive approach. The research reached a number of results that the management of the North Bank is convinced of the importance of quality in the evaluation process, The bank has conducted training courses to consolidate the concept of quality in the process of evaluating the performance.
