| Abstract: | This study is about the teaching competencies for the teachers’ of the basic stage from the teacher’ and mangers views at Jabra area. It aims at knowing the teaching competencies in the following term : scienctic, professional,charcter, social competencies , for the teachers of the basic stage. The researcher used the descriptive approach , the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The most important results are: 1. The scientific competencies of the teachers of the basic stage at Al-Shawhada locality- Jabra section, is above middle . 2. The professional competencies of the teachers of the basic stage at the study area is at the required standard( high store . 3. The distinguished attribute for the teachers at the study area, it’s high. 4. The social competencies for the teacher of the basic stage at the study area is so high . The researcher recommended the following: 1- Considering the return of the training centers of teachers. 2- The training in service should be standing at the competencies bases saving time and efforts. 3- To do more studies and researcher at the teachers’ of the basic stage. 4- The supervising rounds at the schools have to give care by mentioning the positive points and to encourage dealing with them, with concentration at weak areas and how to cure them. |
