dc.description.abstractThe study provided a full and accurate picture of the recruitment process and explained the importance of the job description and its impact on the recruitment process and job evaluation using the method of analysis and job descriptions. The study also showed the importance of the human element in the establishment and touched the study to the most important scientific methods in the recruitment process which is the way the job description, which is a written statement summarizes the information that ended the analysis operations in an orderly manner according to the rules determine how and how to arrange the information which makes the job description of an official document containing all the information about the job. The company took a national study to manufacture water Equipment Co., Ltd. applied as a case and offered her experience in the recruitment process and job description. The study showed that the failure to follow the clear policies in magazines job description leads to instability and low efficiency of workers also leads to negative results in the achievement of the objectives was to use descriptive analytical method and draw conclusions, including that the job description means the job and not the incumbent and the absence of a functional accurate description leads to a strong great running without actual have the need and recommended the study to adjust the conditions of workers in accordance with the new career structure and prepare a job description accurate and specific to be the selection and appointment scientific way subject to the standards of selection and appointment through the job description and tests and personal interviews.en_US
