dc.description.abstractThis research aims at studying the role of employees' personal development in the advancement of the establishment (A case study Fiasal Islamic Bank) from the period 2005 to 2010. The problem that the research investigates is that the employee himself/herself, lacks the desire for promoting his/her performance and capacity. This, of course leads to the prevalence of inefficient of inapt employees whose performance will inevitably simulate the overall performance of the establishment where they work. The most significant hypothesis of the research that have been elected are the following: The concern and engagement of the establishment in its employees aspiration and proffering equable opportunities for self-development will lead to the realization of job-satisfaction which is regarded an important factor in enticing the incentive (aspiration) of the employee to promote his/her performance. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method together with the particular case-study to arrive at various findings, the most important of which is: The desire of the employee in complacently and self-esteem induces him/her to promote his/her capacity and work exhilarate. The analysis of the data in this domain was compatible with the ideas of the subjects of the study who unanimously consented. One of the most important recommendations of the research is the establishment onus and incubus in the election of employees that have the motivation and aspiration for development and inventiveness which will improve the performance of the establishment and its development.en_US
