Abstract

This thesis came with the title of: (The Problem of Rooting In The Islamic Political Thought For Women Mandate, a discussion of the opinion of Shaykh: Al-Ghazali, Al-Qaradawi, and Turabi). The thesis represent the sayings of the jurists in the women mandate for general mandate and supreme mandate (presidency of the states) especially, which made the writer to follow the analytical, critical and deductive approach. The nature of this subject necessitated dividing it into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the basics of research and study. The second chapter deals with the definition of women mandate and the type of it with the sayings of the jurists on it. The third chapter deals with rooting of the pioneers who are saying that women are entitled to take over the presidency of the state each of Sheikh Mohammed al-Ghazali, Yousef al-Qaradawi and Hassan al-Turabi, and then came to the fourth chapter to discuss these rootings. The most important conclusion of this research is that: the people who root for women mandate of the general mandate their rooting where Logical and rational and distinguished by the high and convincing thought of the public and the allowance was a result of the pressure from the reality and requirement of public interest. The researcher recommends the preparation of other studies dealing with these jurists and community condations that led to the issuance of some of them because of their high thought and great popularity. Preparation of carful studies on the problem of rooting in Islamic thought and taking other models rather than the women mandate.
