Hilda Reily, a British woman is the author of this book published in 2005 under title “Seeking Sanctuary- Journeys to Sudan”. She came to Sudan in the late 1990s where she established the language school in Khartoum for teaching English. She was an open character, so she created strong relationships and friendships with some Sudanese and foreign characters. She invested these relations and experience in understanding some aspects of Sudanese culture, including their social customs and traditions, besides their religious beliefs and practices.en_US
