| dc.description.abstract | The research dealt with the organizational climate and its impact on the organizational loyalty of the business establishments. The problem of research was that the Sudanese organizations need to take care of the organizational climate and human resources and meet their needs in order to develop them and develop their skills to carry out the tasks entrusted to them to the fullest. , There must be many elements that affect the organizational allegiance. Therefore, the problem of research is to answer the following main question whether the use of the dominant leadership style affects organizational loyalty. The importance of research was of the importance of the organizations' organizational climate. The interest of these organizations in the regulatory environment reflects their desire to create an environment conducive to work and thus organizational loyalty to help decision-makers and human resources to make the right decisions. The aim of the research is to identify the use of technology for organizational loyalty, to determine the impact of the leadership pattern on organizational loyalty, to determine the impact of organizational structure on organizational loyalty. The research hypothesis was that there is a statistically significant relation between organizational structure and organizational loyalty. There is a statistically significant relation between leadership style and organizational loyalty. There is a statistically significant relationship between technology and organizational loyalty. The research was based on descriptive analytical methodology for analyzing data and describing the reality of the case. The results of the study showed that the organizational structure of Al Baraka Bank is consistent with the nature and functions of the bank. There is a great degree of clarity in the nature of the relations between the presidents and subordinates in the bank. The study recommends that the Bank's management should pay particular attention to the organizational climate because it contributes to the morale of the employees, their loyalty and their belonging to the bank. The Bank's management should develop organizational structures and design new flexible structures so that it can enhance its ability to adapt to emergency conditions, external developments and environmental conditions.
