dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to determiner the true size of unemployment in Sudan And the extent of their impact on the economy, and view the development plans in Sudan, and to know the socio-economic effects of unemployment in Sudan, The problem of the research is to investigate the role played by the strategic development plans in wring the phenomenon of unemployment in the Sudan. The Sudan has adopted a number of strategic plans the first one was the comprehensive national strategy (1992-2002), and reached the strategy of the fourth quarter century 2007-2031, The importance of the research manicured in the addition to the coming researchers and the library in the same study. The state can benefit from this research, and know the role and importance of strategic development plans in reducing unemployment in Sudan. The research hypotheses are: the strategic development plans to address the problem of unemployment, the five-year plan (2007-2012,2012-2016), had a positive impact on unemployment rates in Sudan, there is a statistical relationship between The size of microfinance and the reduction of unemployment rates in Sudan. The researcher has applied the analytical and descriptive methods in conduits the researcher. The research found several results including: the unemployment rate in the continuous rise, and increase the relative distribution of labor force in the agricultural sector of females more than the service sector and industrial. The study recommended conducting further studies to determine the economic and social dimensions of the problem of unemployment, and coordination between the Ministry of Higher Education and university departments, higher institutes and the Ministry of Manpower to coniniele the education plans with the needs of the labor market and give females priorities in jobs that suit them such as nursing and teaching the private sector cardo in the public Seder in the Perfume and Ready Made Garments.
