Abstract

In the first chapter, I discussed the basics of the research: the introduction to the research, the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, goals, problem, questions, assumptions, methodology, limits, methods, means, terminology, and previous studies of the topic. In the second chapter, it deals with the fact of semantics and linguistic and idiomatic concept of semantics and related semantics and their sections. In the third chapter, I dealt with the Hanafi method and the speakers in ways of denoting the verdicts and judgments, in which I explained the division of the Hanafi and speakers in semantics, and compared two approaches. In the fourth chapter, it examines the effect of the difference between the Hanafis and speakers methodologies in the ways of indicating verbal verdicts. The conclusion also included a summary of the most important findings and recommendations. I pray to Allah to make it beneficial, He is the Hearer who answers.
