dc.description.abstractStudent Name: Hager Salah Mohammed Bashir Title: Advertising campaigns and their role in attracting foreign investments to the Sudan (descriptive analytical study applied to the Federal Ministry of Investment in the period 2015-2018) Degree offered: Master This research aims to identify the advertising campaigns and the role they can apply to attract foreign investment to the Sudan by defining the advertising campaigns and the scientific and practical planning method that should be followed when the campaign is appropriate at , and how to choose the right time to display the advertising campaign. An analytical descriptive approach was used for the study, as foreign investors were chosen as a study community and a sample of (120) foreign investors was chosen and a questionnaire was distributed to them, Also, a content analysis form was applied to the Sudanese newspaper Elaf as an economic newspaper concerned with publishing all that attracts investment in Sudan. The study was divided into five chapters, where the first chapter was devoted to the methodological framework and the second, third and fourth chapters were devoted to theoretical study, and then the fifth chapter was devoted to field study. The most important results were reached, which showed: • That the advertising campaigns in Sudan have a role in attracting foreign investment to the country • The transfer of the success of investment projects through the media has a great positive role to attract investors • The various advertising methods in addition to the website of the Ministry of Investment, Internet ads, acquaintances and friends all have an effective role in influencing the investor’s decisions and help him in making his investment decision • The stability and integrity of economic policies is one of the important factors in the success of the advertising plan to attract foreign investment. One of the most important recommendations of the research • The state should pay attention to developing the media means and methods in order to bring it to the world by paying more attention to the scientific aspect when implementing advertising campaigns. • The government of Sudan should provide leniency to foreign investors and give sufficient space and freedom to the Sudanese media.en_US
