This study deals with diplomatic protection in its broad sense and the conditions of such protection in detail. It is divided into three sections, the requirement of nationality, the condition of clean hands and the exhaustion of internal grievance methods. Chapter III: The basis of diplomatic protection and its terms and theories supporting the principle of diplomatic protection. Chapter Fourth, diplomatic protection in Islamic jurisprudence deals with its concept and system of protection and compares it to international law and applications to such protection in law. The study aimed to solve the problems of diplomatic protection and to know how the state intervenes to protect its members and to whom it resorts if there is a dispute between it and other countries. The study found several results, such as the fact that protection exists to fill a legislative vacuum in international law, namely, the non-recognition of the individual by the international legal personality that qualifies him to exercise his rights at the international level. After reviewing the Constitution of Sudan, the researcher did not find a detailed description of this protection. Therefore, the research recommends that it be given a wide area and that people be informed about their rights.en_US
