dc.description.abstractThe problem of research that is various organizations , particularly the regular forces faced a problem in the preparation of its leaders because these organizations operate under many variables. The importance of research in that it represents one of the attempts to study the administrative leadership and its impact on the performance of Sudanese police forces applied on the Khartoum State police. The study aimed to identify the administrative leadership, patterns and propose solutions and visions for the future leadership of effective police forces and the Sudanese leaders prepare actors. Researcher coined a number of assumptions which affect the operation of authoritarian leadership statistically significant impact on the performance of the Sudanese Police Force and also affects training statistically significant impact on the performance of the Sudanese police forces. The researcher used the historical and descriptive analytical method to prove the hypotheses and reach a number of conclusions and recommendations. The most important results are: There is a positive effect of democracy on the performance of the leadership of the Sudanese Police Force. Training a positive impact on the performance of the Sudanese Police Force. The most important recommendations of research are: Attention Blanch educational and moral values and to create an effective administrative leadership. need to work instead of investing the national foreign investment, which gives an opportunity for administrative leaders to prove their existence and take a role in the production.en_US
