dc.description.abstractThe research addressed: The impact of using information technology on improving working performance. Applied to the University of Khartoum, the research problem based on fundamental question, to which extent is the impact of information technology on improving working performance, in general, and in particular to the University of Khartoum. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the target of the research is to demonstrate the relationship in the use of technology in determining the level of performance in the institutions. Research obligations show that there is an impact of information technology on the performance of organizations, as well as there is an impact of information technology on the performance of employees in the organization, and also to facilitate and improve the work in this era depends a lot on information technology, as the use of information technology by human resources management leads to the development of the university's work. The research has reached a number of results, including, there is a relationship between the use of information technology and performance improvement as the use of information technology positively affects the performance of the institutions as well as facilitating and improving the work in this era depend a lot on information technology. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the human resources department at the University of Khartoum should be concerned with the tremendous and accelerating scientific and technological development witnessed in the era, as well as the establishment of a specialized department of information systems within the university, as well as the preparation of performance evaluation models for the university staff to know the extent of performance development Career they have.en_US
