ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to study the role of human relations in building and creating morals of the Sudan armed forces personnel in Khartoum Military District , and investigate in the ways and methods that enhance human relation in the military environment to create morals, and providing practical and scientific solutions to the problems and barriers that handicaps morals' creation process in terms of human relations' elements in the military institutions.
The researcher, for this purpose, adopted the descriptive analytical approach, case study, using questionnaire and personal interviews, internet, scientific researches as main tools to collect information.
For statistical treatment, the researcher adopted statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) using the following equations: the percentage, Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, (t) test and Cronbach's Alpha.
The most important findings the researcher reached are: concern with human relations between the (SAF ) personnel participate in creating morals and enhancing fighting will, and the good human relations within the (SAF ) will be achieved by satisfying personnel psychological and social needs beside providing them with the essential needs, eventually it seems that there is a correlation and statistical linking tie between increasing of human relations and upgrading of personnel morals.
In light of the above findings, the researcher recommends the following: more concern with human relations within military environment with focus on satisfying psychological and social needs of (SAF) personnel and to consider them as high value, improving service conditions, development of service premises to attract youth to join its ranks, paying more attention for presentation of medals and decorations to enhance merit value and upgrading sacrifice, beside development of military education syllabus and leaders' preparation topics for more concern with human relations and morals' elements |
