Abstract

This topic has great importence, it presents that water resources has great essentiality for several human resources activities. Studying dimensions of water, its types, capacities and its relationship with other resources opens the way in front of related visions, human developmental needs which are connected to water sector as agriculture, hunting, sailing and electricity power. The study attempted to realize a group of objectives concerning Mali country water according to its span, classification, specification, characters and composition type in addition to understanding its relation with other resources. Then this research depended on quantities methods with analytical objectives under geographic theory which is collected form Mali National authority and regional Administration concerning Mopti state with high risk on the ground. - The results are as follows :- 1. The variety of Natural phenomenons effects on water resources and human resources. 2. Human activities that are practiced currently on water sector in Mali state don't menace water shortage in the future. 3. Quantitative quality doesn't need high chemical processes before consumption. 4. Different distributions of water among several Regions
