Abstract:
This research deals with (media planning obstacles in Sudan in light of the information and communication revolution) has the goal to:- 1. Identify the media planning focal on media practice in Sudan. 2. Define the concepts of sound planning media to agree what the roles of the society. 3. Identify the most important obstacles facing the media planning. The researcher used the descriptive approach, in order to obtain the initial data used to search the questionnaire as an essential tool in addition to the two tools interview and observation tools to help.Search contains the four semesters first chapter deals with the methodological framework, and Chapter II media planning, and media policy Chapter III, and Chapter IV of the field study The researcher found to a number of the most important results:- 1. Lack of planning media in Sudan scientific sense governs the professional practice of the media work and develop the practice in order to serve the community, with some attempts that do not live up to the designation Media planning a comprehensive, integrated and clear-cut. So was the media practice is individual interpretations. 2. Media planning is due the absence of a scientific manner to political volatility and political instability, and lack of faith in the planning as a necessity in various fields, in addition to the absence of a governing philosophy of media in all political eras. 3. Based policy-making media in Sudan, degree basic impressions and experiences, and visions of political workers only, so that reliance on the outputs of scientific research is not in the still weak. Search summed dilemmas and problems faced by the planning process in the Sudan Media in the following: a. Political volatility and political instability. b. Lack of help from researchers in the media planning process. c. Planners may not know exactly - because of the lack of reliance on research - the needs of the masses, trends and desires and patterns of exposure to the media. d. There were many options in front of the masses due to the communication and information revolution e. Failure to accommodate changes brought about by the revolution of communication and information adequately based on the results of the recommendations must: 1. Media need to focus on planning, with priority given to professional practice for institutions. 2. Need to take advantage of the results of research and studies in the field of the development of media plans. 3.
