Abstract:
The objectives of the study is to identify the role of the work
environment in improving the job performance by knowing the
role of the nature of work in improving the performance of the
job, explaining the importance of the leadership style in
improving the work and based on the use of improved
technological ways in improving working performance. The
problem of the study is that the need to reform education requires
a review of the role played by the school at the present time and
attention to the working environment. This study is based on the
following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant
relationship between the nature of the work and the improvement
of the functional performance. There is a statistically significant
relation between the leadership style and the improvement of the
job performance. The study relied on the analytical descriptive
method for analyzing the data and the historical approach to
review the previous studies. The study reached a number of
results, the most important of which is that the leadership style
followed by the school sends a spirit of belonging and loyalty to
them. The school administration follows the principle of working
as a team spirit, and the motivation in the school is appropriate
for the teacher when compared to his peers working in other
sectors. the study also reached a number of recommendations,
the most important of which is that there should be a fair
incentive system related to the work performance of the
employees, and work to ensure that the incentives are
commensurate with the work entrusted to teachers, and in the
atmosphere of trust and cooperation between the school and
administration decisions that relate to them.
