| Abstract: | Abstract This research deals with the subject of the impact of foreign workers on the employment of local labor. Find where the problem lies in the (suffering in need of study and analysis of the reasons that led to the unemployment amid graduates), and the extent of the impact of foreign workers on the economic situation in the country, and what is the role of the increase of foreign manpower in the size of the country's rising unemployment. This study aimed to identify the impact of foreign workers on the employment of local workers and its impact on Sudanese society, especially among graduates, to study the impact of foreign workers on the economy in the Sudan, and to identify employment problems and their impact on local employment conditions. This study followed a descriptive analytical method to suit them and the nature of the problem. Also it relied on secondary data obtained from a group of companies Albrair safe and took a sample of the study of workers at this facility. The study is supposed to open the door for foreign workers in Sudan impact on local employment and high unemployment rate in the country is set, and that technological progress affect the chances of comprehension of local labor, Ka assumed that there is a direct correlation between the weakness of investment and rising unemployment. The results showed that the acceptance of foreign labor for low wages contributed by a large margin in the non-employment of local labor. The role of foreign labor not only on the economic side, but also extended to community and political and security especially in the presence of illegal labor, and the lack of economic projects in the country and the expansion of higher education contributed to the high rate of unemployment among young people. Based on the results of the study, the study recommended the need to harmonize the number of graduates for the labor market needs to become the largest contributions and more effective. It also calls for the hard work in the face of this problem is to reduce the severity and take policies and measures to contribute to finding solutions to solve in the future. Interest in education and the need for technical and technological, through the opening of a professional specialized centers because of its important role in increasing the productivity of the worker. The main recommendations of the study in formulating an integrated strategy for economic and social development put the problem of youth unemployment a priority and to require the private sector to run so that the graduates are a national employment rather than foreign . the problem of immigration and national and the reduction of foreign labor in the country. |
