dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to ; analyze and evaluate the teaching method concept in teaching history subject for the third year students in secondary school in Khartoum Locality , to identify the factual method followed in teaching history . The study relied on descriptive approach, Questionnaire has designed as a means to collect the necessary data, it distributed to a random sample of teachers of history subject in secondary school in Khartoum Locality , were analyzed ( 38 ) Questionnaire as a rate (100%) of the original of sample size by using the statistical program (spss) , has used suitable statistical tests to reaching to the semantics and valuable indicators supports the topic of the study. The most important results of study that ; there is a relation between lecture method in teaching history and weakness of students’ skills , lecture discourage students’ participation , unfair with innovation and creativity , lecture do not developing the communication skills of students. There is a relation between lecture method in teaching history subject and weakness of knowledgeable aspect for secondary school students; closing chances for discussion, tedium situation among students ..en_US
