| Abstract: | The utmost importance of Human Resource makes the institutions aim for its development through the operations of employment, training, planning its employment track, and evaluations of its performance. For all that it must achieve its role in effectiveness for achieving the target of the organization. The problem of the research derived from the following question; what is the role of Human Resource in achieving the competitive advantage? As a result, its target for any organizations is to achieve the competitive advantage. After reviewing the literature review associated with the study, and based on the problem of the study. It is clear that the adopted approach is the analytical descriptive approach, and it is descriptive depending on the sources, books, researches in the formation of the framework of the subject and it is analytical depending on the applied aspects through data analysis collected from the respondents via questionnaire. The research included many results, most important of which are, each level of element of Human Resource affect separately in term of attraction, testament, appointment and planning of job track in achieving the completive advantage, improving the quality, increasing the smoothness and increasing the innovation. The Human Resource Management takes high moral effect in achieving the competitive advantage, also the helping elements such as reducing the cost value, improving the quality, and increasing the smoothness and innovation. The research concluded to represent many recommendations, most important of which are, to focus on Human Resource, to attract competent employees for improving the quality, increasing the good services, increasing the degree of innovations and inventions, reducing the cost and increasing the smoothness and rapid response for customer’s demands. For all these reason, it was necessary to manage other researches on the Human Resource Management and the effect of that on achieving the competitive advantage in many sectors. |
