| Abstract: | The research dealt with the role of human resources development in improving the performance of institutions applied study (on the Sudanese Organization for Oil and Gas), the problem presented in the presence of challenges facing the institutions in that they do not give sufficient attention to the development of human resources scientific and objective in addition to the weakness of policies and strategies of human resources management Which adversely affects the improvement of the performance of these institutions and perhaps the application of human resource development properly helps them to solve this problem in the following questions: To what extent does human resources development in improving the performance of institutions? What is the impact of career planning on improving the performance of institutions? To what extent does training affect the performance of institutions? What role does organizational learning play in improving the performance of institutions? The research hypothesized that the application of training policy to improve the performance of institutions, and that the application of career planning leads to improve performance, that organizational learning is an effective role in improving performance these applied hypotheses used the research descriptive analytical methodology and case study method. In raising the efficiency of the employees of the institution, the institution provided the necessary means to improve performance, the Foundation worked in the allocation of estimated financial resources in the implementation of training programs, and recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Innovating ideas to raise the efficiency and performance of employees, seeking to follow the human resources policies that work to recruit competent staff, and there is a direct relationship between the development of human resources and improve the performance of institutions. |
