المشكلات التي تواجه طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مادة النحو "ولاية بـاوشـي نيجيريا"

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to highlight on problems and difficulties faced by the students of secondary schools of Bauchi state in teaching Arabic grammar and to be enlighten the consequences caused the problems. The research contains five chapters and appendices, the research procedure is descriptive method and the process of collecting data from basic source is observation and questionnaire The main findings of this research are follows; 1. Lack of producing modern teaching materials in secondary schools. 2. Lack of providing schools with enough Arabic grammar text books. 3. The systems of teaching Arabic grammar need to be promoted and modernized. 4. Lack of qualified teachers in teaching Arabic grammar. 5. The teachers need to be trained during rendering the service. The research made some recommendations main as follows; 1. Teaching of Arabic grammar needs the co-operation between family and school community in good approach. 2. There is need of promoting Arabic grammar curriculum in secondary schools to suit with level of the students psychologically, mentally and the objectives of Bauchi state community. 3. There is need of organizing seminars to the teachers of Arabic grammar in order to give them skills and techniques which may assist them in conducting their primary assignments. Eventually the research gives some suggestion as follows; 1. Conducting a research on analyses and evaluation of Arabic grammar curriculum in junior secondary schools. 2. Conducting a research on the evaluation of Arabic grammar teachers in order to know their performance of duties in secondary schools. 3. Conducting a research in order to know the domination of government`s Arabic schools and non-governmental schools in Bauchi state
