Abstract:
The Research aims to study the strategic management and its role in the organizational excellence applied on Federal Ministry of Finance. and confined to occur in the research problem to what extent applicable organizational sophisticated strategic management in practice?
The importance of research come from importance of applying strategic
management on the all organizational, beacouse it works to open
horizons in the future and independence of what is available to improve
the economy state's and removal all the barriers what deterioration the
economic situation of state that by creating innovative and sophisticated
patterns in the area of public finance management to continuous the
improvement, the objectives Research is highlighting the importance of
application advanced strategic management on the organizational , to
study the application of strategic management at the organizational access
to the results of scientific reports to all organizational and the benefit
from the results thereof.
After that the researcher put some hypotheses, including the
implementation of the strategic management on all organizational help to
improve the economic conditions and the development of the internal
resources of the state, tolerate the strategic management leads to monitor
the chances of success and the risks in side the State and to achieve the
goals and objectives of the national economy, it has been following the
descriptive and analytical in this research,
The study has some an important results there have positive relationship
between the efficiency of the implementation the strategic management
and organizational excellence, strategic management is working to
optimize the use of human energies and resources cannot be of strategic
management succeed only if they are proportionate to the possibilities
available to the Organization.
The study also found a number of recommendations from the most
important mandatory practice of strategic management by the law in all
organizational and the Ministry at least to provide subsistence for the
citizens of the state like food, drink, shelter, that to changing the
