After that the researcher put some hypotheses, including the implementation of the strategic management on all organizational help to improve the economic conditions and the development of the internal resources of the state, tolerate the strategic management leads to monitor the chances of success and the risks in side the State and to achieve the goals and objectives of the national economy, it has been following the descriptive and analytical in this research, The study has some an important results there have positive relationship between the efficiency of the implementation the strategic management and organizational excellence, strategic management is working to optimize the use of human energies and resources cannot be of strategic management succeed only if they are proportionate to the possibilities available to the Organization. The study also found a number of recommendations from the most important mandatory practice of strategic management by the law in all organizational and the Ministry at least to provide subsistence for the citizens of the state like food, drink, shelter, that to changing the economic situation of the country to the best the ministry concerned with the application of the scientific method in the practice of the strategy
