Abstract: This research indicate effectiveness of media planning in the crises facing the health facilities ( analytical and descriptive study to the Ministry of Health Khartoum State from the period of 2015 to 2016). Descriptive and analytical was used as the methods of approach, also questionnaire as a major tool of reaching the respondents. It was distributed to 50 individuals working in the health field, starting from the Ministry of Health staff - Doctors - Pharmacists - Nurses - Media and the Planners. The study included four chapters: Chapter One indicates the methodological framework of the study, the second chapter deals with media planning, which include a three sections (media planning - planning concept and definitions - objectives and advantages of planning). The third chapter include crises - health crises - planning crises. The fourth chapter include the field study of research included the Ministry of Health itself, in Khartoum State, it interpretation of data. And in conclusion it end up with: 1. 92% of respondents said the results confirm that the scarcity of life-saving medicines and one for the life of the most important causes of health crises in the country. 2. Confirmed the sample and at high rates the importance of the presence of experts and specialists in planning to cope with health crises. 3. Financing and financial flows essential to the success of the implementation of plans to confront health crises, according to opinion. Most important recommendations: 1. The ministry and services specialists must provide saving medications, with regard to the occurrence of health crises. 2. Media play important role in other to have regular information and campaigns to raise awareness and counseling among the public. 3. The Need of supporting your public relations the ministry must competencies specialized process and provide the necessary support.
