Abstract: This study aims to find out the objectives of the chemistry course grade II secondary level and the extent of their relationship with the goals of high school, and also to identify the extent appropriate with the vocabulary of the chemistry course, grade II secondary and the time available to teach, so the researcher used descriptive method to get the results , also he used questionnaire as a tool to gather information, the sample of teachers of chemistry course at the secondary level was chosen as a random sample, also the researcher had chose the Jabal Awalia locality- Al-salam town as the model to conducted this study, because it is closer to his place of residence in which a large number of secondary schools, including public and private schools, the researcher found through this study a range of outcomes, including: The chemistry course for second grade secondary school does not achieve the objectives of the secondary level to the extent required, does not fit the content of the chemistry curriculum, grade II secondary with the time available for teaching, and also does not meet the needs of students, the teachers of chemistry course grade II secondary school depends of traditional methods of teaching, there are no ways of learning in secondary schools, as well as devices and laboratory equipment, evaluation methods used in the evaluation of the chemistry curriculum grade II secondary school, limited to cognitive side only. At the conclusion of this research the researcher provides some of recommendations, which include: The Ministry of Education must to train teachers of chemistry: The objectives of the chemistry course grade II secondary school and improved to achieve the desired objectives of chemistry at the secondary level, also must to linking chemistry course with student’s environment, providing teaching aids in secondary schools as well as laboratories and equipment to keep up with the times, as well as exercises and drills in each unit measure different areas of the goals.
