Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the educational problems of children without care in alternative families and the model village for children (SOS) from the point of view of teachers. The researcher followed in this study analytical descriptive method. The sample of this study was 60 target groups. The researcher applied measure of educational problems that were prepared by the researcher and that is to used some of measurements, the researcher analyzed the data using the Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) using the following statistical system:(Alpha Kronbach), (T test) for only one sample, (T test) for only two samples, The researcher gets some results as the follows: The educational problems of children without parental care decreased from the point of view of teachers, and the prevalence of educational problems in children without parental care in the model village is higher than children in alternative families. There are no differences in educational problems from the point of view of teachers according to the gender variable (male / female). There are also no differences in educational problems from the perspective of teachers depending on the type of job variable. There are no differences in educational problems from the point of view of teachers according to the variable of scientific qualification. There are no differences in educational problems from the perspective of teachers according to the variable years of experience. There are no differences in educational problems from the perspective of teachers according to the variable amount of training courses. The researcher concluded this study with some of recommendations as the follows: The researcher recommends the establishment of a specialized unit within the maternity hospitals to collect information and data for children without parental care to help them and reintegrate them into society through alternative families without going through the child's home to eliminate institutional care.
