Abstract: Research Title: Contributions of art of Attic to enhance the mental image of the service institutions by applying to Sudanese Telecommunications Company Sudatel in the period 2015-2016 Researcher name: Nada Al-Sali Alfadil Al-Sali E.mail: [email protected] The research dealt with the contribution of art of etiquette to enhance the mental image of the service institutions by applying to the Sudanese telecom company Sudatel in the period from 2015 to 2016. The researcher used the historical descriptive analytical method. The sample was randomly selected from the society of the Sudanese Telecommunications Company. It is one of the nonprobabilistic samples chosen by the researcher to obtain specific opinions or information that are obtained only from the target group. The objectives of the study are to develop the concepts and trends in the Sudanese Telecom Company and to predict a good work system by dealing with the rules of conduct and the art of good dealing with others (Etiquette) and other goals included in the research The research and analysis form was distributed to (40) members of the Sudanese Telecom Company and its customers in the field of the subject of the research (the contribution of art of attic in enhancing the mental image of the service organizations by applying to Sudatel Company in the period (2015-2016), and were obtained (36) form of (40) form. The study found a number of results, such as the art of attitudinal arts of the era to increase the intensity of competition and the challenges that characterize the delivery of services. In addition, that the clarity of the company's goals and policies of the staff helped them to provide services within the company strategy and to respect its role through the arts and skills of good interaction with the public. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to review the performance of the service providers periodically, to ensure the activation of the arts and technical and professional developments to ensure competition and future development. It is important that Sudatel employ modern technology and communication technology to manage the company's reputation through the art of etiquette and to engage with the public
