Abstract: The purpose of this research is to write Guraan (Dazaga) in the Arabic alphabet and study it's phonetic, especially the selection of Arabic letters in its writing, in order to preserve the language from extinction. The problem of the research is the studding the phonology of g l and writing it in Arabic alphabet. This study should be a reliable source for the Guraan writers and to satisfy the desire of the Guraanic society to write their own language in Arabic. The researcher used in the research descriptive analytical and comparative approach, and also used observation and, interview with the speakers of Guraan language, the dialects of Bahr al Ghazal Chad. This research contains five chapters. The first chapter deals with the basics of the research, previous studies, and the second chapter deal with the geographical and historical background. The third chapter reviewed the voices of Guraan. In Arabic words. The fourth chapter: -discuss the comparison of G.l phonemes with Arabic once. The fifth chapter: -tackle the history of Arabic language development. These chapters are followed by: Research Conclusion - Results and Proposals. The most important results of the research: 1- the possibility of writing of guraan language in Arabic alphabet. 2 - The Guraan area witnessed multiple migrations, of the hamatic and the Samatic tribes. 3 - The audio system in the language of Guraan consists of thirty - one consonant, and eleven vowles. 4 - The Arabic alphabet is easier for witting the language of Guraan, because it includes the most consonants, and vowles of the Arabic sounds. 5 - The language of Guraan and the Arabic language counter part in twenty - four consonants, six vowles. 6 - the language of the Guraan distinguished by seven consonants, and four vowles, and pronounce the consonants in the beginning of the words. Recommendations: 1- encourages the researchers to write the G.L in Arabic alphabet. 2- Studying other languages and its tribes and the places of their dwelling. The important proposals: 1. the researchers should continue on the same field to complete the study in G.L. 2. write were researches in language phonetics, to make the way easier for the researchers.
