Abstract: This research aims at knowing the Arabic teacher’s competencies in the Basic stage from the viewpoint of supervisors and Managers, in terms of efficiencies of setting goals and competencies lesson planning and classroom management efficiencies. The researcher Followed the descriptive approach, and selected a random sample of supervisors and school managers of (60). She used questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and after processing the data statistically the research found a number of results, including: 1. provide efficiencies of setting goals with the Arabic language teacher in Basic help in achieving the objectives of the article. 2. Competencies of preparation and planning lessons help the teacher in achieving the objectives of the Arabic language material. 3. Efficiencies of classroom management help the teacher in the implementation of the lessons in a scientific organization is conducive to achieving the objectives of the Arabic language material. 4. Evaluation efficiencies of the teacher lead to the development of pupils, where based on continuity and taking into account the differences and discovering the vulnerabilities of pupils and work on them. Based on previous results the researcher recommended the following: 1- That the educational and administrative supervisor in turn raise the teaching skills of Arabic teachers stage basis. 2- The establishment of training courses for teachers to equip them with the skills needed for renewable and Arabic teachers. 3- The school administration keen to encourage teachers to cooperate among themselves and exchange advice and guidance for the development of teaching competencies and develop their performance. 4- provide teachers with scientific libraries in schools and help them to discover new experiences and skills to develop self-performance
