| Abstract: | This study addressed the quality of a systematic administration and its impact in improving the efficiency performance by applying on Sudan Post (Sudapost), where the problem of the research presented in to what extent that the quality administration system effect on improving the efficiency performance. The importance of the study dwelled with following interactive system in the systematic administration operation and insures the subscription culture in the systematic administration in addition to follow the scientific means of in the systematic administration, and that lead to improve the capacity of the performance, also increase the Sudan library and benefited researcher in the field of quality of systematic administration through provide recommendations. The study aimed to identify to what extent that following the interactive system of administration system operation effected on capacity performance. to raise the role that can be played by suing scientific means in the administration system operation in the capacity, the study follow the descriptive analysis and case study method , and the study achieved many results, the importance of these results was balance interests related to a person to determine the tasks and responsibilities consider an interactive system in the administration system operation, the company interest in changes of the structure system through strategic objectives, there were high capacity of administrative in the company characteristic with accuracy, clearance in issuing a modern technological procedures and operational methods, the company enhanced the subscription culture and developing the team spirit in administrative system operation, the company followed the committees system, as one means of administrative system, using scientific means and advanced technology in achieving the objectives in developing the performance, the availability of administration capacity was facilitating the communications between administrations and different departments. Also the study recommended that, adapting the result of the research and work with it , and training, then work to reveal the effected factors on the administrative system, encourage employees from their managers, work must designed to incentives , enjoy and help employees to reach the required levels, and lastly , the necessity to adopt the concept of quality administrative system. |
