Abstract

This research is aims at finding the role of (TQM) on providing a (Distinguished Social Service). The research problem is: that the role of (TQM) in some companies regarding (Social Service) to meet the needs of its customers within the company and contributes to solve the problems of the communities ,have been less than the required level. This can be due to the fact that these companies are not charitable, but are profitable companies aims at achieving the greatest economic income. The research hypotheses were based on: Providing the appropriate environment for TQM, as well as developing a strategic plan for TQM and following an effective TQM system, well lead to provide excellent Social Service. The research followed historical approach, analytical descriptive approach and case study method. The research arrived at several results, the most important are: providing an appropriate environment for TQM, as well as developing a strategic plan for TQM and following an effective TQM system leads to provide excellent Social Service. As an outcome the research produced a several recommendations, the most important of which are: Increasing and spreading the culture of TQM among employees and continuing training for them on tools and means of TQM, as well as expanding the support to Environmental Quality Management System(EQMS) and continues monitoring the social needs and desires of the company customers continuously because it leads to provide a Distinct Social Service.
